Schedule of Events
NOTE: All times listed are Indiana Time and activities are at the Randolph Country Fairground unless otherwise noted.
Friday Evening
Get-together at Tom & Shirley Bruner's
Activities include:
- A campfire & cookout (bring your own meat & a dish covered if you like)
- Homemade ice cream (furnished Members of the reunion committee
- Start of Family Scavenger Hunt
- Fishing Contest for kids (6:00 to 7:00 PM)
- Games for Kids (7:00 to 8:00 PM)
Saturday
Morning Activities:
- Breakfast/Brunch (9:30 to 11:00)
Afternoon Activities:
- Golf outing at the Winchester Golf Course (Tee Time is 1:00 PM)
- Cost is $38.00 per person this includes a golf cart
- Reservations need to be made by July 25th
- Contact Chuck Bruner
- Swimming at the Winchester Swimming Pool starting at 1200 PM
- Some of the Activities for the kids will include Train Rides, Pony rides, and volleyball (4:00 to 7:00 PM)
- Other Activities include Bingo and Big Screen TV be sure to bring appropriate movies for kids and family videos.
Evening Activities:
- Camping and campfire songs
- Pies Contest (5:00 PM)
- Pies should be make in aluminum pie pans & don't forget to bring the recipe)
- prizes will be 1st place $20., 2nd place $10. and 3rd place $5.
- Evening meal (6:00 PM)
- will be catered Barbequed Chicken, potato salad, and a drink
- donations will be accepted but not required
- Family Talent Show (7:00 to 7:30 PM)
- Square Dancing (7:30 to 9:00 PM)
- Karaoke (9:00 to 10:30)
Sunday
Morning Activities:
- Continental Breakfast (8:00 to 9:30 AM)
- Worship Service (10:00 to 10:30 AM ) lead by Harvey Hinshaw
Afternoon Activities:
- Some of the Activities for the kids will include Train Rides, Pony rides, and volleyball (10:30 till we eat)
- Other Activities include Bingo, Big Screen TV
- Traditional Carry-in meal (starting at Noon) again don't forget your recipe
- Clown to Entertain children (1:30 to 2:30PM)
- Business Meeting (starts at 1:30PM)
- Auction
- Raffle (for Throw and Afghan plus other Bruner Keepsake)
- Traditional Guessing Games and Footraces
